This is what your journey with us will look like
STEP 1 – First Visit
Our processional surveyor will visit your home to measure up and discuss your design ideas & get an idea of what is possible within your desired outcome and budget.
Other items will need taking into account such as moving sockets, plastering, flooring etc.
We’ll talk you through our ranges in our brochure, where there is a massive range of styles and colours.
STEP 2 – The Plan & the Details
Taking your ideas away, we will turn around your design and quote within 72 hours. You will receive 3D images of the highest quality available so you can visualise the completed project.
We will send a video with your initial quote & images to explain the design and what other options maybe available.
We expect to make a few design amends before we get to the final design so use the first draft to think of all the things you need to change and feed this back to us so we can discuss the next set of amends.
STEP 3 – Design Consultation
Once we have your feedback and we are close to some final decisions it is best to meet again to discuss everything again, we will bring along samples and more info if required based on your previous set of amends.
Your new quote and design images will then be sent over for your approval. We will repeat this part of the process until you are happy.
STEP 4 – Confirm Designs & Schedule InstallationÂ
When you are completely happy with your kitchen design and costings, your online portal link will be sent via email to check all the details one final time and E-sign to say you are happy. We can then order your kitchen once the deposit payment is made and your date will then be allocated for the installation.
