Everything went smoothly and they deal with some issues caused by Wren (measurements, delays waiting for replacement parts and quartz) without any fuss. The kitchen and floors look fantastic. Oliver came and priced up the job including arranging for a gas safe contractor to come, and the workmanship was amazing. The joints on the worktops are perfect, and Greg who he arranged to do the hob was also brilliant. Truly outstanding workmanship and a really nice guy. They also noted additional issues where other companies hadn’t picked them up. They fixed those issues with minimum added cost like the ceiling and lights, cladding issues, damp flooring under the sink and a potentially dangerous issue with the fuse board, so they could all be fixed at the same time and no surprises when the project had started. Seeing what the kitchen would look like was amazing, it made the whole process quicker and was great to see what it would look like to ensure we were making right choices. They were also installing this in a vulnerable adults home and the care and support they gave was amazing - like adding an extra person to the job so it would be done quicker, to minimise disruption to his life. The attention to detail is fantastic and just a brilliant company to work with. We will certainly recommend this company and will use for any future needs. With that we came up with a fantastic new kitchen. The fitting of the kitchen was smooth the lads just got on with it , electrics, plumbing, joinery all top notch and have made a tidy job of it all. I had several quotes for my kitchen refit, including designs and costings from other smaller companies and some of the large companies. Cheshire Kitchen Fitters Ltd was superior to all others. Oliver actually listened to what was important for us and gave us his professional opinion about potential issues. For example; we originally wanted a butler’s unit on one wall but he pointed out that, because of the curved walls around the window, there would be a gap which would have to be blanked off. He was willing to do this but his advice and experience helped us make the decision to change this part of the design. The project was seamless from start to finish. At no time were we without our dishwasher or a tap in the kitchen. Any last minute design changes were discussed in detail and nothing was too much trouble. The project management was impeccable – the electrician arrived exactly when needed, as did the units and quartz worktops. The attention to detail of all the workmen was first class. The backrest of the window seat and cushion were canted to make it both comfortable and an amazing fit. Oliver will be visiting again in a few months time when all the units have ‘settled’ to check alignments of all the unit doors. I am so pleased that I found this company, and I recommend them, 100%,  to anyone who needs their kitchen updating.

The whole process , despite the expected upheaval,was stress free. From initial consultations with Oliver, where he impressed us with his genuineness and attention to detail and the fact that there was no hard sell involved. He produced a  clear and detailed 2d and 3d design and a detailed breakdown of costs and a plan of work. During all of the work from the rip out to the installation of our new kitchen we were impressed with the professionalism and tidy working of Oliver and his team. We had a dedicated kitchen fitter, Rhys , then Oliver arranged for the plasterer, electrician, and work top fitters as they were required. We were impressed with their work and also felt comfortable with them in our home, which is also an important consideration when having work completed. Oliver called in throughout the project to check how it was progressing. Any issues that did arise were resolved quickly . The project was completed according to schedule. We needed to completely remove a 30 year old tired looking kitchen and put something more modern in.  Not wanting the hassle of managing multiple suppliers and plans, I had read reviews of Oliver and the teams work and engaged for a quote.  Oliver and team covered everything from removing every part of the old kitchen to refitting plumbing pipes, electrics including new underfloor heating as well as the new kitchen units and accessories (cooker, oven, large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher).  The team knew their brief and completed it without any issues and all professionally done.  From the early design stages, Oliver was on top of everything and discussed options with us but without trying any hard sell, it was always what we wanted in the design and he just shaped it for us. I chose Oliver and his team @ Cheshire Kitchen Fitters on the back of some recommendations on a Crewe Facebook group and what I saw on their website, and I have not been disappointed. The project was to strip out 2 rooms, a dining room & kitchen, knock the wall out an make one new kitchen/diner. I had some trepidation when starting this project but Oliver made it very easy, he put my concerns to rest and helped expand on my thoughts. We had several design rounds during which I never felt pushed or rushed to make any decisions. Oliver had patience with me when I kept changing my mind on colour and finish. He was even OK for me to supply some lights and appliances I had chosen alongside the ones we agreed he would provide. By the end of the process I was comfortable trusting Oliver to manage the project whilst I moved out for two weeks. He kept me up-to-date at end of each day with progress reports, and then later added pictures, so I could see how it all looked. When I returned it was looking good, including a new radiator I had forgotten to ask for. I didn’t like the sink, which I had chosen, Oliver was very flexible on this and we agreed on a different type, which meant he had to make some cabinetry changes to accommodate. A few days later it was all finished and I could start properly using it. His workmanship, professionalism and dedication to delivering a flawless product was second to none. We had Ollie from Cheshire Kitchen Fitters, design and fit our new kitchen which was completed in January 2024 and we are so happy with it. Ollie actually listened to our needs and how we live (we have pets) which impacts on how we would use the kitchen.  We said nothing was off limits, we were happy for windows to be removed and made smaller and for appliances to be swapped around etc. Other companies didn't listen and gave us a design that wouldn't have worked for us. The design that Ollie produced was brilliant and we hardly made any tweaks to it as it was perfect which proved he took in what we were asking for. We did spend a few months deciding flooring/worktops/door colours and Ollie was happy to provide samples to leave with us every time!  Nothing was too much for him even though we must have asked the same question numerous times. We would thoroughly recommend using Cheshire Kitchen Fitters.

The fitters were very well organised, and very excellent in doing their job, not just simply installing the kitchen units but overall, with plumbing, electricity and decorating. We are very satisfied with how everything turned out. I guess the only moment we had to sort out was that there weren’t any materials’ checks about whether amount was enough for those that we bought ourselves, like the number of tiles and amount of paint at the early stages, so we had to rush to buy anything missing at the very last moment during fitting. But it’s arguable as it’s really our responsibility. Meanwhile fitters provided any necessary underlying materials like glue, sealants and underflooring as well as done checks for electric sockets and fixed any faulty one. Overall finish result is simply great

 Verified Happy customers!  Oliver at Cheshire Kitchen Fitters couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. We visited the showroom and told Oliver everything we wanted in our kitchen. He designed everything to our specifications and made the process really easy. His designs were sent through online and as we were out of the country at the time, this made everything so much easier. We also had a set time scale for the project which Oliver was able to work to and all work was completed to a really high standard. We had a lot of work happening at the house at the time and Oliver and his team was also able to work around them. The team were also great and so helpful answering all our questions and finishing the kitchen to a high standard. We had some last minute alterations which Oliver was able to accommodate and nothing was too much. They worked to the time scale and kept the area they were working in clean and tidy. Overall a great project, well managed. We absolutely love our finished kitchen and are so happy with the results.  Verified Great kitchen company, Hi we found this company great from coming round and helping us how to redesign the kitchen , dining room; flexible about what we wanted and what we were asking them to do. We liked the fact that the electrician came as well prior to starting, so we knew he had ironed out what was required. They were very reliable and respectful of the home and our neighbours, and they did a great job for a very fair price. When something cropped up unexpectedly it was sorted with no drama. The whole process from initial meetings with Oliver to agree on a design and style to completion was relatively stress-free. The few issues that arose were resolved quickly, and the whole project was delivered on time. All of the staff who worked on our kitchen, Rhys the kitchen fitter, Adam the Electrician and Bernie the plasterer were polite, professional and tidy, and I felt very comfortable having them in the house. The team knew their brief and completed it without any issues and all professionally done. From the early design stages, Oliver was on top of everything and discussed options with us but without trying any hard sell, it was always what we wanted in the design and he just shaped it for us.  Verified REPLACEMENT FITTED KITCHEN Replacing a kitchen us never easy or stress free but Oliver and his team ensured the process went as smoothly as possible. During the planning process Oliver's input and suggestions about layout, flooring etc made design decisions straightforward. Work started as planned and proceeded at a good pace. The team were readily accessible and answered any queries we had, always keeping us abreast of progress. Several small unforeseen issues with plumbing arose e.g. existing soil pipe position hidden behind existing cupboards were dealt with promptly and professionally. The finished product was to a high standard. Oliver was always on hand to ensure work progressed to schedule. Overall we are very happy with the finished product.

 Verified Impressed I needed a complete refit of my utility room. I have been so impressed with the whole process from my original phone call to completion. Oliver was so helpful and patient, nothing was ever too much trouble, and his attention to detail is second to none. All of his team were hard working and pleasant to have around. I am so happy with the end result, which included cupboards, worktops, flooring, tiling, plumbing, and electrics, and all for a very reasonable price. Oliver came to discuss my wishes at a time convenient to me and gave me plenty of further opportunities to discuss and agree the proposed design. Oliver was very helpful, making changes where necessary to accommodate my budget. Work started promptly when promised and the various stages of work progressed smoothly.  Verified Absolutely brilliant We are absolutely satisfied with the kitchen installation. The work involved ripping out the old kitchen, taking out a wall, fitting new flooring, some electrical work, tiling and units. From design right through to completion Ollie and Mike have been excellent, totally reliable, skilled, professional, meticulous and really nice guys to have around. They accommodated changes to the original spec without a problem, e.g. installing underfloor heating. The units and materials they use are top quality and have been fitted perfectly.  Verified I have a new favourite room! I chose Oliver and his team @ Cheshire Kitchen Fitters on the back of some recommendations on a Crewe Facebook group and what I saw on their website, and I have not been disappointed. The project was to strip out 2 rooms, a dining room & kitchen, knock the wall out an make one new kitchen/diner. I had some trepidation when starting this project but Oliver made it very easy, he put my concerns to rest and helped expand on my thoughts. We had several design rounds during which I never felt pushed or rushed to make any decisions. Oliver had patience with me when I kept changing my mind on colour and finish. He was even OK for me to supply some lights and appliances I had chosen alongside the ones we agreed he would provide. By the end of the process I was comfortable trusting Oliver to manage the project whilst I moved out for two weeks. He kept me up-to-date at end of each day with progress reports, and then later added pictures, so I could see how it all looked. When I returned it was looking good, including a new radiator I had forgotten to ask for. I didn’t like the sink, which I had chosen, Oliver was very flexible on this and we agreed on a different type, which meant he had to make some cabinetry changes to accommodate. A few days later it was all finished and I could start properly using it. His workmanship, professionalism and dedication to delivering a flawless product was second to none. I am truly impressed and very happy with the finished product.

 Verified Kitchen Installation We have had our kitchen completed removed, along with the false ceiling, and tiled floors taken up in kitchen, utility room and cloakroom. Oliver was very clear and concise when showing us what was available and within our budget. We had two meetings prior to the start of the work and work started as planned. Clear explanation given of timescales, subcontractors, costs, and completion date. We were sent plans for us to review, and make changes, we also had the option to purchase some items ourselves, and we kept our existing twin ovens and micro wave. I was nervous about the work being undertaken but Oliver was very reassuring and he and his team were all excellent. All people working on our project were professional and also very tidy. We now have a bright and light kitchen, easy to clean and plenty of storage. I did raise a couple of things which I wanted resolving and this was done quickly and promptly. We do have a two year guarantee on workmanship which I thought was important and also a long guarantee on the kitchen fitments too. Work was completed within the timescale provided and within the budget. Also the addition of a radiator was sourced and fitted which I had forgotten to request! We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Oliver and his team, really pleased with the finished project. We wish Oliver every success for the future too.

 Verified Kitchen refurbishment The process of refurbishing my kitchen was excellent throughout. By this I don't mean that absolutely everything went exactly according to plan. Rather that Oliver was excellent at communication and problem solving. I was always confident that I would end up with a great kitchen. And I did. The job involved: replacement of 17 cupboard doors and one cupboard; replacement of plinths etc to match; replacement of a range cooker by a standard oven and hob which necessitated replacing the worktop; conversion of a paneled section into shelving; minor adjustments and improvements.  Verified A wonderful new kitchen It was 4 months from design to completion. It is a really great design and very well implemented. The fitting team did everything including heated floor, painting, repair and electrical and drainage changes. Plus of course our beautiful new units and worktops. The fitting team were pleasant, helpful and very hard working.  Verified Excellent new Kitchen from Ollie at Cheshire Kitchen Fitters We had Ollie from Cheshire Kitchen Fitters, design and fit our new kitchen which was completed in January 2024 and we are so happy with it. Ollie actually listened to our needs and how we live (we have pets) which impacts on how we would use the kitchen. We said nothing was off limits, we were happy for windows to be removed and made smaller and for appliances to be swapped around etc. Other companies didn't listen and gave us a design that wouldn't have worked for us. The design that Ollie produced was brilliant and we hardly made any tweaks to it as it was perfect which proved he took in what we were asking for. We did spend a few months deciding flooring/worktops/door colours and Ollie was happy to provide samples to leave with us every time! Nothing was too much for him even though we must have asked the same question numerous times. We would thoroughly recommend using Cheshire Kitchen Fitters.
